Melissa Thomas Memorial Free Microchip Clinic

Microchips are extremely important to help lost pets return home. Visit KHS from 3-5 pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018 to have your pets microchiped for FREE! Your pet will be microchiped and the microchip will be updated with your contact information, at no cost to you!

To qualify for this clinic, you must have an annual household income onf $40,000 or less, with proof of income. Accepted forms of proof of income include 2017 tax return, vision card, medicaid card, unemployment benefits letter, social security disability insurance benefits letter.

Dogs and cats are welcome! Microchip supplies are limited and will be available first come, first served. There is no limit on the number of microchips available per household. All cats must be in a carrier, and all dogs must be on a leash and collar.
