Read to Rover is a program designed to improve children's reading and communication skills.
Reading to a dog is typically less stressful for the child and a whole lot more fun!
Classes are 90 minutes long and will be held at the Learning Center in the Kansas Humane Society.
*Limited to 12 children (K-3rd grade) per session.
Kids will have 20 minute individual sessions reading to a furry friend (a certified therapy dog.)
They will learn about interacting with dogs and will have other educational
and arts & crafts projects for the rest of the session.
